We live 90mile away from compass and cautious at first, having to research online and arrange a potential 180mile round trip. Communication with Paul was good and confidence grew, warranting the 90mile trip. Paul prepared all the required paperwork and was confident in his vehicles that were on sale. The adventure started with arranging a appointment and we were greeted by Paul on arrival-confidence grew Paul has lots of experience and new his product, resulting in a successful purchase and we are now the owners of our first Isuzu DMax.

Paul was extremely helpful in helping us decide on the best options for the two Isuzu V-Cross trucks that we purchased.
The whole process from viewing, purchasing, to collecting the new vehicles was seamless and Paul demonstrated excellent communication with us at every stage.
The information that we recieved when we collected the trucks was exceptional. Well beyond other dealerships that we have purchased from before.
Overall a positive experience, very pleased with the trucks and would definitely recommend Paul at Compass Isuzu.

Very happy with all information provided and was kept up to date about delivery date of the new truck
All the necessary paperwork was organised including putting the private number plate on for me.
I was shown the truck in detail when I collected it and informed what had been set up ready for me go.

We saw an IZUZU D-Max pick up for sale on the website, telephoned and spoke to Paul who was very helpful but not too pushy. Arranged to come and view the pick up the following day, the pick up was as described, Paul gave us a lot of information about the pick up and history etc but again was not too pushy, as sometimes this can be off putting. Took the pick up for a test drive and Paul answered every question that we had. We finally decided to purchase the pick up and Paul was extremely helpful in sorting all the paperwork out. From our experience Paul was very professional, friendly and down to earth. Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!
